a client of mine contracted me to create a series of graphic posters based on the Shingo guiding principles to display throughout his manufacturing businesses. The Shingo guiding Principles are guidelines developed for companies to build a sustainable culture of organizational excellence.
I created the posters in my favorite layered, paper cut-style of illustration.
